Minna Paltiel, Lawyer​

Minna graduated from Monash University with a Master of Laws (JD), winning the Supreme Court prize for best Master of Laws (JD) Student. Minna has extensive litigation experience gained from working as a Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Sifris of the Supreme Court of Victoria, in addition to her litigation focussed roles in prestigious international law firms and in ASIC’s Financial Services Enforcement division. Minna advises on a range of dispute resolution areas including shareholder and director disputes, privacy disputes and class actions.
