Ron Holzer, Director​

Ron has close to 20 years’ of legal experience gained in some of Australia’s pre-eminent law firms and is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Business Law.

Ron has particular expertise advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, ASX listings and securities-related law. His areas of advice also include intellectual property law, complex commercial agreements, and general corporate law including advising company secretaries / head offices of ASX-listed companies.

Ron’s clients range from start-up companies and family-owned businesses to large corporations. Given his diverse client base, Ron specialises in providing relationship based wholistic business advice geared to address the needs of his clients from both a legal and a practical perspective.
